Fanywin Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Use

Log in at least once every 3 months to keep your account active. Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be subject to a maintenance fee.

Fanywin supports the major mobile payment methods in Bangladesh. The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposit Methods: Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfers are all accepted.
• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Maximum Deposit: Daily limits are set according to your account level.
• Withdrawal Time: Processing is typically completed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000 (one thousand BDT).

If fraud or money laundering is suspected, Fanywin reserves the right to freeze any transaction and is obligated to notify the relevant authorities. Deposited funds must be used for gaming purposes only.

Fanywin regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. The general terms below apply to all bonuses, and each individual offer may also carry its own specific conditions:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal (typically 15x–30x).
• Validity: Bonuses must generally be used within 7 to 30 days of being credited.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are only valid for specific games or betting categories.
• Multiple Bonuses: Multiple bonuses cannot be active simultaneously unless explicitly stated in the offer.
• Abuse: If bonus system abuse is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account suspended.

The welcome bonus is available to new members only, and each person is eligible to claim it once. Any attempt to claim the bonus multiple times from the same IP address or device will result in all associated accounts being closed.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on Fanywin and are enforced equally for every player:

• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except via the cashout option).
• Odds Change: The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are final. Any subsequent changes will not apply.
• Match Cancelled: If an event is cancelled, the stake for the related bet will be refunded.
• Live Betting: Fanywin is not liable for bets lost due to disconnection during live matches.

Fanywin's decision is final for both Sports Betting and Live Casino. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Fanywin reserves the right to void the affected bets.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Fanywin platform. Violations will result in immediate account closure and may lead to forfeiture of funds:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Strategic betting with the intent to abuse the bonus system or promotions.
• Placing bets using match-fixing or insider information.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Money laundering or routing illegal funds through Fanywin.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities on the platform.
• Threatening or harassing other players.

Fanywin may suspend or terminate an account without prior notice under any of the following circumstances:

• If any section of these terms and conditions is violated.
• If registration is completed with false or incomplete information.
• Failure to cooperate with KYC verification.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months).
• If a voluntary self-exclusion request is made in line with responsible gaming guidelines.

Players may also request account closure at any time through the support team. Upon account termination, any valid balance will be returned; however, bonus funds will be forfeited.
